“Affordable at Scale: Easy Setup for Managing 500+ Inboxes”

What I like most is how affordable it is for the scale we’re running. We currently use around 500 inboxes, and InboxKit lets us manage all of that at a relatively low cost. Setup is simple too, so overall it saves us a lot of time and money.

I like that Inboxkit manages our entire deliverability stack efficiently in one place. I appreciate its very good API and MCP features, which allow us to integrate seamlessly with AI agents and speed up our execution significantly. The support for multiple mailbox platforms is also a big plus, and it's more cost-effective compared to other options. The setup was pretty easy and, although the integration process took a bit longer due to our scale, it was manageable.

I like the quality of customer service at Inboxkit; they've always been very helpful with the technical setup and respond within 4-5 minutes. I appreciate the quality of the mailboxes and the warmup system, which allowed me to achieve a 98.4% delivery rate without my domain getting blacklisted. The connection with Smartlead is seamless, making it easy to send emails and integrate mailboxes with the sequencer. The built-in features for connecting with Smartlead and Porkbun make setup really easy and effective. The bulk editing feature is incredibly helpful for quickly editing all my mailboxes.

I really value that Inboxkit allows me to set up Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Azure email inboxes from one centralized panel, handling multiple domains easily. It saves a lot of time and effort, getting things done in just a few hours, which significantly reduces the manual workload and costs. I like that I can buy domains and set up the inbox in just one platform, and they integrate them into my sequencers quickly. Also, the initial setup is so easy that even someone new to cold email can do it. Though I haven’t used them yet, the warmup and inbox placement features look cool.

“Inboxkit Streamlined Domain & Mailbox Setup at Scale with Strong Warmup Results”

We run cold email at real scale (hundreds of mailboxes across multiple domains) and Inboxkit has been the backbone of our sending infrastructure for about 2 months now. The biggest win is how easy it makes domain and mailbox setup — spinning up new domains with SPF/DKIM/DMARC already configured correctly used to eat hours, now it's mostly automated. Warmup has kept our reputation scores high across the board, which directly protects deliverability for our clients' campaigns. The automated, end-to-end setup is the strongest feature. Manually configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records is a real pain point for most teams, and InboxKit takes care of it automatically while also getting mailboxes ready in about 10 minutes. Combined with domain isolation (so one flagged domain doesn’t tank the others), it addresses the most tedious and highest-risk parts of cold email infrastructure in one go.
